Pablo Soares has a robust work history with experience in customer success and management roles. Pablo started their career at Wizard by Pearson in 2014 as a General Manager, where they worked until 2017. Following this, they joined Resultados Digitais as a Customer Success Manager from 2017 to 2019. Since 2019, Pablo has been with ActiveCampaign, where they initially served as a Customer Enablement Specialist before transitioning to a Senior Customer Enablement Specialist. In 2021, they progressed to the role of Customer Success Manager, and most recently, they became a Senior Customer Success Manager in July 2022.
Pablo Soares began their education at Unitec in 2010, where they studied business administration and management for a period of two years until 2012.
