Alaa Marzuk is a Senior Counter Terrorism Researcher at ActiveFence since June 2018. Prior to this role, they were a Teacher and Head of Humanities at ORT Israel and a Project Manager at IMPACT-se. They also served as a Team Lead at IEC - Israel Electric Corporation from 2004 to 2016. Currently, Alaa Marzuk is pursuing a PhD in Near and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Haifa, building on their previous Master's degree in National Security Policy Studies and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on conflict management in the Middle East.
