Tamar Zolberg

Tamar Zolberg has a diverse background in HR and organizational development. Tamar is currently the Director of HR at ActiveFence since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Organization Development & Leadership Consultant from May 2022 to October 2023. Tamar also served as the Global Director of Organizational Development at Taboola from August 2017 to May 2022. Before Taboola, they were the Director of HR & Organization Development at LivePerson from June 2012 to July 2017. Tamar also worked as an Organizational Consultant & Executive Coach at Gaya Organizational Development from June 2008 to May 2012. Prior to that, they served as an HRD and OD consultant at HP Software from August 2006 to May 2008 and as an HR Director and internal OD consultant at Comverse Network Systems from March 2000 to July 2006.

Tamar Zolberg obtained a Master's degree in MBA- Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University from 1991 to 1994. Tamar also attended Seminar Hakibutzim from 2006 to 2008, where they acquired the certification of a Certified Group Facilitator.
