Hannah Axley-Mills

Hannah Axley-Mills, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Global HR Manager at Somero Enterprises since November 2014, with a history of roles including Plant HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Responsibilities include overseeing global recruitment efforts, managing the Somero Safety Program, providing guidance on HR policies, analyzing HR statistics, and managing employee lifecycle documentation. Previously, as a Business Services Consultant with Michigan Works! from July 2014 to October 2014, Hannah established professional relationships with businesses to support recruitment and training efforts. Hannah holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Law and Economics from Central Michigan University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Law from Gogebic Community College. Hannah also completed a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
