Rosi Zagortcheva

Rosi Zagortcheva is an accomplished leader in the gaming industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Production at Activision since April 2022, after holding the position of Vice President of Production. Prior to this, Rosi held the role of Studio Director of Operations at Team Kaiju and spent several years at DICE (EA Digital Illusions CE AB) as Director of Product Development, where leadership included managing development and operations for the DICE LA studio. Rosi also contributed to talent strategy as Talent Director for DICE LA, focusing on building high-performing teams and enhancing studio culture. Earlier experience includes senior roles in strategy and business operations at Electronic Arts, as well as various positions at Pandemic Studios and Tremor Entertainment. Rosi holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia.
