Alex Murphy

Alex Murphy has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2010, they worked as an intern at Alexa L. Fogel Casting. In 2011, Alex became a Producer, working on national and international tours and serving as a festival director. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Soho Theatre, securing funding, cultivating donors, and implementing an online donation system. In 2018, Alex joined Spektrix as a Customer Success Manager and Fundraising Specialist, developing marketing campaigns, training processes, and sales strategies. At LanguageWire, from 2020 to 2021, they served as a Project Manager, handling translation and localization projects for the Nordic market. Currently, Alex is working as a Business Development Manager at Activity Stream, a role they started in May 2023.

Alex Murphy has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre and Media from the University of the West of England, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. They also completed a Master's degree in Theatre (Directing) from Royal Holloway, University of London, from 2012 to 2013.
