Tijana Penić

Tijana Penić has a wealth of experience in the field of business analysis. Tijana began their career in 2013 as an Assistant Project Engineer at JKP Beogradski vodovod i kanalizacija. Tijana then moved to Telekom Srbija as a Professional Associate for Reporting and Analysis of Customers and Services in the same year. In 2017, they joined ASW Inženjering as a Business Intelligence and Analytics Architect. Finally, in 2018, they started working at Activity Stream as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing and understanding client data, validating input data, performing data mining, communicating with the client technical contacts, working closely with developers and testers, identifying new opportunities for improvement, and interacting with various stakeholders.

Tijana Penić obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Electrical Engineering in the Signals and Systems Department between 2012 and 2014. Tijana also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from the same university in the same department between 2008 and 2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications from MicroStrategy, including 10.112 Introduction to Analytics Reporting Knowledge in September 2017 and 10.111 Overview of Enterprise Analytics Knowledge in August 2017.
