Adam Blaze has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Adam is currently serving as the Chief Executive at Activity Alliance, a leading charity advocating for disabled people in sport and activity. Prior to this, they worked at Sport England where they held multiple roles, including Strategic Lead - Disability and Community Sport Relationship Manager. During their time at Sport England, they managed the Disability Team and was responsible for overseeing multi-million pound investment programs. Adam also worked as a mentor at the National Mentoring Council and as a Regional Development Officer at the English Federation of Disability Sport. Adam started their career as a Performance Analyst at Loughborough University & The FA.
Adam Blaze attended Nottingham Trent University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport and Exercise Science (Physiology). Adam then pursued further education at Loughborough University from 2002 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Sports Science.
