Frank-Eric Dubois has a strong and extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Frank-Eric started their career as a Senior Auditor at Lippman, Leebosh April in 1988. Frank-Eric then went on to work as a Controller at Mini Togs Inc. from 1991 to 1999, managing finances and preparing financial statements and budgets. Frank-Eric then joined MAAX Spas (Ontario) Inc. as a Controller, where they also managed finance, accounting, and IT, as well as purchasing, inventory control, and production planning.

In 2002, Frank-Eric took on a role as the Director of Finance International at Bio-Lab Canada Inc., in which they directed finance, accounting, and IT for all legal entity subsidiaries outside of the USA. Frank-Eric then became the Managing Director of Bio-Lab Canada Inc., accountable for the results of the Canadian entity, achieving the best performance in history for the Canadian operations.

Currently, Frank-Eric is the Vice President of Finance at Activo Inc., responsible for financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, strategic planning, business finance analytics, financial modeling, treasury, and taxation. Frank-Eric has been in this position since November 2010.

Frank-Eric Dubois CPA CA pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from 1983 to 1987 at HEC Montréal. During their time at the institution, they focused on Public Accounting and International Management as their field of study.
