Lynn Smith

Lynn Smith is an experienced communications and marketing professional, currently serving as the Communications Lead at activpayroll since April 2022. Prior to this role, Lynn held the position of Communications Co-ordinator (temp) at The Oil & Gas Technology Centre for a brief period in early 2022 and worked as Marketing Manager HES at Scarf (Scotland) from April 2018 to April 2022. Lynn's earlier experience includes roles as a Marketing and Communications Officer and Executive Assistant at Richard Irvin Energy Solutions from June 2014 to December 2017, as well as serving as Chief Executive at Aberdeen Forward from November 2001 to June 2014. Lynn began a career in communications as a Publicity Officer at Aberdeen City Council from September 1997 to November 2001. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Stirling and Mackie Academy.
