Gabriela Mauch

Gabriela Mauch is currently the VP, Customer Experience at ActivTrak. Prior to joining ActivTrak, Gabriela served as the Director of Global Organizational Effectiveness at McDonald's from July 2017 to September 2020. Gabriela has also worked as an Organizational Solutions Lead at McKinsey & Company from October 2014 to December 2015 and as a People & Change Consultant at KPMG from April 2013 to July 2017. Prior to their career in consulting, Gabriela worked as an HR Generalist for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from June 2011 to April 2013 as part of their HR Leadership Program.

Gabriela Mauch studied Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, where they focused on Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and Labor Economics. Gabriela also studied Labor Law at St. Paul's School.
