Edrick Butts

Edrick Butts has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Edrick started their career at Attack Marketing in 2011 as an Event Manager and Brand Ambassador. Edrick then worked as an Event Manager and Senior Brand Ambassador at GMR Marketing from 2006 to 2014.

In 2004, Edrick joined Robert AM Stern Architects as a Helpdesk Manager, where they developed and managed key service-level metrics and implemented process improvement strategies.

From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Senior Field Service Engineer and AV Project Manager at Realogy Holdings Corp and CJ Communications Inc, respectively. In these roles, they handled technical projects, managed resources, and provided training on various IT systems.

In 2015, Edrick worked as an Email Team Manager at NYC Health + Hospitals, overseeing a team of Service Desk Analysts and helping end-users with IT-related issues. Edrick also worked as an IT Service Delivery Manager at Frank Recruitment Group, where they managed operational escalations and developed operational KPIs.

From 2016 to 2017, Edrick served as a Senior Team Lead at Crestron EMEA, managing the service delivery for warehouses and office buildings and ensuring smooth operation of the IT support team.

In 2017, they joined The HEINEKEN Company as an IBM Service Delivery Manager Americas/AMHUB, where they guaranteed the fulfillment of internal processes and worked on project feasibility and strategies.

Currently, Edrick is employed at Activu as a Project Site Supervisor, overseeing the execution of Activu Command Room and AV projects and providing training to clients and technicians.

Edrick Butts obtained their High School Diploma from Long Beach High School from 1991 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General at SUNY College At Old Westbury from 1995 to 2000.
