Joya Marotta

Joya Marotta is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in administrative roles within the retirement and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Campus Executive Director at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. since February 2013, Joya has progressed through various leadership positions including Executive Director and Administrator. Previous experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at Lynn University from October 2019 to October 2020 and as an Administrator at HCR ManorCare from 2006 until February 2013. Joya holds a Doctorate in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix and both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business and Health Care from Lynn University.
