Virginia Hess

Virginia Hess has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Virginia began their career in 2007 as a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force, where they served until 2011. Following their military service, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sterling Payment Technologies from 2016 to 2018 and then at Iron Bow Technologies from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Claims Processor at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd before joining Actsoft Inc. At Actsoft, Virginia started as an Account Advisor in November 2019 and later moved to the Strategic Accounts Group in July 2021. As of now, they are still employed in this role.

Virginia Hess obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Petersburg College from 2012 to 2015. Virginia then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of South Florida from 2019 to 2022. In addition, Virginia obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS) from Microsoft in October 2018.
