Prior to this, Nicoleta worked at Actual Experience as a Senior Software Developer from April 2016 onwards, where they also served as the team lead for the Analytics team. At Actual Experience, their responsibilities included planning and designing new features, improving the architecture and codebase of the product, and mentoring their team.

Before joining Actual Experience, Nicoleta worked at eZuce, Inc. as an Erlang Developer from July 2014 to March 2016.
