Earlier in their career, they served as a Distributed Computing Consultant at Kaashyap Technologies Limited and a Marketing Engineer at ISMT Limited.

Mansoor K P began their education in the 5th grade at Govt H.S.S Vazhakulam, Ernakulam Dt and completed their studies up until the 8th grade. From 1985 to 1988, they attended Salem H.S West Vengola, Ernakulam Dt and obtained a Secondary School Leaving Certificate. Following this, Mansoor attended Mahatma Gandhi University from 1988 to 1990 and achieved a Pre-Degree in the 2nd group. Mansoor then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Metallurgical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Warangal, from 1990 to 1994. Lastly, they enrolled at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani where they completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Software Systems from 2006 to 2008.
