Dr. Cockroft is Director of Cerebrovascular and Endovascular Neurosurgery in the Department of Neurosurgery at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. He is also co–director of the Penn State Hershey Stroke Center, director of the Neurosurgery Department’s Neuroendovascular Fellowship training program, and Associate Professor with a joint appointment in neurosurgery, radiology, and public health sciences.
