Elena Ratner

Consultant, Global Chief Medical Advisor, Clinical and Translational Medicine at Aspira Women's Health

Elena Ratner has a strong background in women's health and oncology, with a focus on clinical and translational medicine. Elena is currently working as a Consultant and Global Chief Medical Advisor for Aspira Women's Health. Prior to this, they held the position of Gynecologist Oncologist and Clinical Division Director at Yale University School of Medicine. Before that, they were a Gynecology Oncology Fellow at Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven. Elena began their career as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Resident at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Elena Ratner obtained a Bachelor's degree from Barnard College in 1998, followed by a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University at Buffalo in 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Yale School of Management, completing it in 2021.
