Andy Dupree has over 30 years of work experience. Andy began their career in 1988 at Microsoft as a Senior Group Manager, where they built the training organization for Product Support Services and developed the first customer skills training courses. Andy also led support for database products Access and Foxpro. In 2011, they joined Hunter Services Group as a Principal, where they provided operational process and organizational development consulting, as well as making customer service and technical support into a competitive advantage. Finally, in 2013, they became the Director of Operations at ActX, Inc.
Andy Dupree attended Oberlin College from 1900 to 1900 and obtained a BA in Music - Organ and Harpsichord.
