Abhijit S Rao has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Abhijit is currently the Global Head of People at actyv.ai®. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's people operations globally.

As Director & Head of Human Resources at OnMobile Global Limited from November 2017 to September 2018, Abhijit led the global HR practice, working closely with business leaders on various HR challenges. Abhijit also held other roles at OnMobile, including Director Talent Management and Senior HR Manager, where they handled responsibilities such as recruitment, global mobility, and employee life cycle management.

Earlier in their career, Abhijit served as Manager - Human Resources at Wipro Technologies from August 2007 to December 2011. In this role, they worked as an HR business partner for the Media & Network Services business units.

Abhijit started their career at Infosys as an Executive Human Resources in April 2004. Their responsibilities included being a business HR for Mauritius and the Middle East, program management for the Global Sales organization's Career Moves Program, and compliance lead for US immigration.
