Previously, Gemma held the position of Global Head of Talent at The FISER Group, where responsibilities included managing recruitment solutions within the Financial Services sector and collaborating with technology start-ups. Prior to that, Gemma led the Talent Acquisition division for Europe and Asia at Wayfair, focusing on diverse roles across various functions. Gemma's early career includes a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager role at McGregor Boyall and a Talent Acquisition Manager position at Harvey Nash Group, showcasing extensive experience in internal recruitment and sourcing across multiple levels and sectors. Gemma holds a degree in Business Studies from Cambridge Regional College.
