Dilan Swift

Dilan Swift has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. In 2011, Dilan began their career as a Student Officer in the United States Marine Corps. They progressed through several positions, including Platoon Commander, Executive Officer, and Leadership & Management Consultant. Dilan also served as an Assistant Director of Operations and Company Commander, leading a company of Marines and Sailors through deployments and crisis response operations. Dilan's expertise in operations and planning led them to become an Operations Consultant for Marine Corps Advisor Company-A (MCAC-A) and an Assistant Director of Operations for the 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion and the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment. They also attended the United States Marine Corps' Expeditionary Warfare School, graduating as one of 26 Distinguished Graduates. In 2021, Dilan joined The Program, LLC as a Director of Operations. Currently, Dilan holds the position of Chief of Staff at ActZero.

Dilan Swift's education history began in 2003 when they attended San Clemente High School. After graduating from high school in 2007, they went on to study at Saddleback College from 2007 to 2009, earning an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. Following that, Dilan enrolled at UCLA in 2009 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies in 2011. In 2017, they pursued further education at Marine Corps University, attending the Expeditionary Warfare School until 2018, where they studied Leadership, Operational Planning, Strategy, and Communications. Lastly, Dilan attended Marine Corps University again from 2021 to 2023, this time at the Command & Staff College, focusing on Leadership, Joint Operations, Planning, and Strategy.
