Mariam Kipiani is currently the Chief of Staff at Combined Ratio Solutions, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Mariam worked as the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Anaklia Development Consortium LLC from 2017 to 2022, where they implemented initiatives to enhance community engagement and environmental sustainability. Their career began with roles at BasisBank as a Sales Manager from 2010 to 2013, and they also served as an Operations Manager at Cultural Homestay International from 2015 to 2016. Mariam holds a Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Vilnius University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Tbilisi State University, along with ongoing studies at the Georgian Strategic Analysis Center.
