Vimla Singh

Vimla Singh has extensive work experience in the field of clinical research and healthcare. Vimla started their career in 2013 as a Community Health Intern at Northwell Health, where they performed public and community health tasks. Vimla then worked at Media Matters Group LLC as a Social Media Marketing Manager, managing and monitoring social media outlets for different businesses.

In 2014, Vimla joined Douglaston Dermatology as a Medical Administrative Coordinator, where they performed duties related to clinical services and maintained patient files. Vimla also worked as the CEO of P.K. Realty & Equities Inc., carrying out job functions such as emails and correspondence, establishing client relationships, and organizing client files.

From 2016 to 2017, Vimla worked at Northwell Health as an Oncology-Hematology-Medicine Clinical Research Coordinator. In this role, they coordinated multiple clinical trials, ensured adherence to study protocols and regulations, and created clinical trial-related documents. Vimla then joined Accumed Research Assocs as a Senior Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator, where they performed regular audits, ensured approval of research protocols, and created SOP documents.

Vimla's next role was at Axis Clinical Trials as a Senior Clinical Research Director, where they worked from 2018 to 2020. Here, they held a leadership position and contributed to the overall management of clinical research projects.

From 2020 to 2022, Vimla worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a Clinical Research Auditor and later as a Clinical Research Audit Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for auditing clinical research data and ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.

Vimla's most recent work experience is at Acuamark Diagnostics, Inc., where they hold the position of Clinical Research Director of Auditing and Quality Assurance starting from 2023.

Overall, Vimla has demonstrated a strong background in clinical research and has held various roles with increasing responsibilities throughout their career.

Vimla Singh obtained their Advanced Regents Diploma from The Mary Louis Academy in 2010. Vimla then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and Preventive Medicine at Hofstra University, which they completed between 2010 and 2014. Continuing their education at Hofstra University, they obtained a Master of Public Health degree in Public Health from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their academic degrees, Vimla Singh has also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they completed the Certification & Training Program (CIT) at the Mayo Clinic. In 2015, they completed the Foundations of Public Health certification at the University at Albany. In 2018, they obtained the Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) certification from ACRP Canada.

Most recently, they obtained two certifications from Greenlight Guru: Session 1: Getting Started (Super users) and Session 2: Advanced Building in SMART-TRIAL (Super users), both in 2023.
