Jessica Perez Gomez has extensive experience in customer care and production management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at Acuity Brands since December 2005. In this role, Jessica oversees the Customer Care department and acts as the primary liaison between the Production Plant and Customer Care Regions across North America. Prior to this position, Jessica held various roles, including Customer Care Manager and Planner/Buyer, where responsibilities included production scheduling, material supply management, vendor negotiations, and inventory control. Earlier experience includes working as a Production Control Specialist at DENSO, focusing on the planning and administration of production schedules and shipments. Jessica holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey and completed part of an industrial engineering program at Politecnico di Torino.
