Marcie Alexander

Marcie Alexander, CPA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Accounting at Acuity Brands since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Equifax from June 2021 to July 2023, where Marcie held titles such as Director of Internal Controls & Accounting Policy and Director of Revenue Accounting. Before Equifax, Marcie worked at EY, starting as an Assurance Intern in January 2016 and progressing to Assurance Senior by May 2021. Earlier experience includes an Accounting Principles Internship at FedEx Services and a Corporate Credit Internship at the Tennessee Valley Authority. Marcie holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. During academic tenure, Marcie served as an Ambassador for the university, focusing on recruitment efforts.
