Tony Dukes, MBA, is a seasoned professional in digital engagement and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with extensive experience across multiple roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Engagement at Acuity Brands since November 2020, Tony is focused on leveraging market and technology trends to enhance digital interactions within the lighting industry. Prior to this, roles included EDI Team Lead at Cooper Lighting Solutions and Global EDI Program Manager at Eaton, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams for successful EDI project delivery and developing global training programs. Tony has also contributed to e-commerce best practices and held various operational and analytical positions in different sectors. Educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from Grand Canyon University and a Master and Bachelor’s degree in Education and Psychology from the University of West Georgia, respectively.
