As the Director of GORDON LAIRD COACHING & CONSULTANCY LIMITED since April 2015, Gordon specializes in executive, career, and personal effectiveness coaching, alongside HR and organizational development consultancy. Additionally, positions held include Associate Faculty at Toward Ltd and multiple associate roles across prestigious organizations such as Waldencroft, Taylor Clarke, gemm, the Mudd Partnership Ltd, Acuity Coaching Ltd, Know You More, and Cranfield School of Management.
