Ron Hogland

Ron Hogland has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ron most recently worked as the VP Account Management at Acuity Group, LLC. starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Account Manager at Gallagher from June 2021 to June 2023. Ron also worked as the Director of Implementation at Springboard Benefits from December 2020 to June 2021. Ron held the position of Human Resources Director at Christ Health Center from April 2020 to December 2020. Ron has experience in outreach and pastoral roles, serving as Outreach Director at the Church of the Highlands from February 2014 to April 2020. Ron has also worked in communications and marketing, being the Director of Communications at Cobbs, Allen & Hall from December 2002 to February 2013, and the Regional Marketing Manager at Allstate Benefits from February 2000 to December 2002. Ron began their career as a Field Representative at Fisher-Price from November 1994 to December 1999.

Ron Hogland holds a Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling and Specialized Ministries from Liberty University, which they obtained between the years 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they received a Certificate of Leadership in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Highlands College from 2011 to 2013. In 1994, they earned a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Registered Employee Benefit Consultant from The American College in 2011.
