Melissa Gallagher

Melissa Gallagher is currently the VP of Account Management at WiderCircle. Prior to their current role, they were the VP, Client Success Executive at Signify Health from December 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they were the Senior Director, Strategic Accounts at Signify Health from April 2020 to December 2020.

Melissa has been with Signify Health since January 2019, starting as the Director, Strategic Accounts. Melissa was promoted to Senior Director in April 2020. In their role as Senior Director, Melissa was responsible for managing client partnerships for 10+ clients across a network of 42 existing markets. This included working closely with Advance Health executive leadership, as well as other departments including operations, clinical, call center, finance, legal, data and analytics and quality to cultivate, grow and manage existing and potential client relationships.

In October 2016, Melissa was promoted to Director Of Client Services and then to Director, Strategic Accounts in January 2019. As Director of Client Services, Melissa was responsible for overseeing all aspects of Signify Health's client relationships. This included ensuring that all aspects of the clients' SOWs were met and/or exceeded in all areas - specifically the clients' SLA targets and production goals. Melissa was also responsible for managing, QAing and presenting all client reporting deliverables on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and/or quarterly basis.
