Scott Hsieh

Scott Hsieh is a seasoned software development manager with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Currently, Scott serves as a Senior Software Development Manager at Acuity Insights since August 2021, having previously held the position of Software Development Manager. Prior to this, Scott worked at one45 Software for over a decade, taking on roles including Technical Architect, where responsibilities included leading the development of a data warehouse solution, architecting APIs for a mobile strategy, and creating SDKs for cross-platform mobile development. Scott's background also includes positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Kelptech Inc., where expertise in IoT solutions and AWS infrastructure was developed, and as a Lab/Test Engineer at Ballard Power Systems, contributing to fuel cell research. Educationally, Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Simon Fraser University. Additionally, Scott has co-authored two journal publications in scientific research related to fuel cell technologies.
