Jerry Beiter

Jerry Beiter is an accomplished professional in export compliance and corporate ethics, currently serving as the Director of Export Compliance at Acuity International since May 2019. In this role, Jerry leads the export compliance program, acts as the Empowered Official, and oversees the acquisition of export licenses, compliance policies, and training programs. Prior experience includes consulting at JRB Export Consulting LLC and serving in various compliance leadership roles at Sallyport and Booz Allen Hamilton, where responsibilities encompassed trade compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic oversight of compliance processes. Jerry's career also includes significant roles with Hughes Network Systems and Lucent Technologies, with a foundational background in the U.S. Department of Commerce where Jerry offered strategic trade and nonproliferation counsel. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
