Dinith Galhena is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Executive at Legacy Health LLC since October 2021, Dinith specializes in ensuring the quality of insurance verification and benefits checks for patients in various medical specialties, while also managing team task allocation for efficient claims processing. Previous roles include Assistant Manager and Supervisor at Mangala Tex (Pvt) Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily operations and implementing sales strategies, as well as booking and issuing travel arrangements at Rameca Travel & Leisure (Pvt) Ltd. Dinith is currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Business Management & Studies at Cardiff Metropolitan University and holds an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the National Institute of Business Management in Sri Lanka.
