Mark Shkolnikov

Mark Shkolnikov has extensive experience in technology and data science, currently serving as a Data Scientist and Business Analyst at Acuity Systems, LLC since 2014, where project plans for a US government-wide analytics-as-a-service platform were developed. Prior to this role, Mark was the Chief Technology Officer at KEYnetik, Inc from 2005 to 2013, where contributions included early visions for sensor use in mobile devices, development of machine learning applications, and AI wellness monitoring systems. Mark's background also includes a position as Senior Systems Engineer for a government contractor, where responsibilities spanned product management and system integration for mobile healthcare applications, and a Product Manager role at Cisco Systems from 1998 to 2001 focused on VoIP and converged network strategies. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science degree from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics and a Mini Masters in Data Science with Python from UCLA.
