Josh Anderson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Josh founded Acuity Technologies in 2002 and served as the CEO. The company, focused on communications infrastructure solutions, has a national presence and numerous partnerships and customers. From 1995 to 2008, Josh also served as the CEO of CDSI / Telephony Supply, a company that started as a document imaging and information management service bureau but later shifted its focus to telecom consulting. In 2005, they worked as the Interim Vice President of Technology at Continental-National Services Corp., where they provided guidance for key developments. Additionally, in 2008, Josh was the President of InTouch Solutions LLC, a concept aimed at the automotive F&I industry, offering concierge services with a text-messaging tie-in for dealerships.

Josh Anderson attended the University of Tampa from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Political Science. Before that, from 1996 to 1997, they were enrolled at Rice University, where they focused on Political Science and Computer Science. Prior to their time at Rice University, from 1994 to 1995, they were a student at the University of Florida, majoring in Political Science. In 2018, Josh obtained the VMware Certified Professional 7 - Desktop and Mobility certification from VMware.
