Javad Behrouzi

Javad Behrouzi has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Javad started their career at Casale Media as a Software Engineer from August 2013 to December 2014. Javad then joined Index Exchange as an Operation Engineer (RTB Integration Engineer) in January 2015 and worked there until September 2016. From there, they moved to illumin (AcuityAds Inc.) and held multiple positions, including Senior Software Developer from October 2016 to July 2017, Technical Team Lead from August 2017 to March 2018, Director, Solutions Development from April 2018 to November 2019, and currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering since November 2019.

Javad Behrouzi has an extensive education history. Javad completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics from Sharif University of Technology in 2002. Javad then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Electronics from the same university, graduating in 2005. Continuing their academic journey, Javad joined the University of Waterloo in 2007 as a PhD Candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering, which they pursued until 2013. Later on, in 2018, they attended the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, where they earned a Certificate in Data Science in 2019.
