Nicholas LaVarra

Nicholas LaVarra has extensive work experience in various industries. Nicholas started their professional career with Termax Corporation as an Automation Intern in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Operations Intern at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN). From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Crew Member at Regal Entertainment Group. Nicholas then joined Northern Illinois University as a Teaching Assistant from December 2014 to May 2016. Following that, they worked as a Contracted Engineer at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago from September 2016 to December 2016. In 2017, Nicholas worked as a Contracted Engineer at Nestlé from February to July. Nicholas also joined Power Solutions International in 2017 and served as an Industrial Engineer until May 2022. Currently, they are working at Aculocity as a Project Manager, starting in June 2022.

Nicholas LaVarra completed their education with a strong focus on engineering. Nicholas started their academic journey in 2011 at McHenry County College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. Nicholas then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at Northern Illinois University from 2013 to 2016. Nicholas further expanded their knowledge and skills in the field by completing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering at the same university from 2016 to 2017.
