Sharon Pickup is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community support, leadership, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Team Lead and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at The Wise Group since January 2019, Sharon has also held roles as a Through The Gate Community Specialist at Acumen Academy since September 2021 and Diversity and Empowerment Lead at Essential Learning Curve Ltd since August 2020. Previously, Sharon was Managing Director at Independent Living Skills, a Sports Coordinator at Mind, and a Community Support Worker at Home Group, where collaboration and support for individuals facing various challenges were key responsibilities. Early career experiences included General Manager at ENTERPRISE INNS PLC and Managing Director at Get Staffed Hospitality, both emphasizing operational excellence and staff management.
