Since August 2016, Roger has served as a Partner at Acumen IT, collaborating with Mountain Computer Service & Repair, where Roger has been the Owner since June 2013, providing comprehensive tech support services to individuals and small businesses. Prior to this, Roger worked for the City of Hendersonville Police Department as a Telecommunicator from 2006 to 2013, handling emergency and non-emergency calls. Roger's career in law enforcement began in 1978 at the Borough of Raritan Police Department, where Roger advanced to the rank of Lieutenant, overseeing the Criminal Investigations Division, standard operating procedures development, and internal affairs investigations. Roger holds an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from County College of Morris and completed studies at Blue Ridge Community College in 2013.
