Jerome Dugan

Jerome Dugan is a Senior Policy Associate at Acumen, LLC since April 2023 and has held multiple academic positions at the University of Washington since 2019, including Clinical Assistant Professor of Health Systems and Population Health, Distinguished Scholar in the School of Public Policy, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Governance, and Assistant Professor of Health Systems and Population Health. Previously, Jerome Dugan was an Assistant Professor at Drexel University from 2015 to 2018 and an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland from 2012 to 2015. Jerome Dugan earned a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Economics from Rice University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Clemson University.
