Frances Fuentes-Acosta is an experienced professional with a strong background in Learning and Development and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Capability Building Operations Manager and Capability Building L&D Manager at Acumen Strategy Consultants since April 2021, Frances also holds the position of President at the Molecular Biology and Biotechnology Diliman Foundation Inc. since April 2019. Prior experience at GSK from November 2006 to March 2019 includes roles such as Learning and Development Manager for the Asia Pacific region and Quality and Training Manager for the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, focusing on clinical trials and staff training. Frances holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of the Philippines.
