Zinnia Rivera

Zinnia Rivera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Client Director at Acumen Strategy Consultants and as an Executive and Team Coach Consultant at LIM: Leadership in Motion since October 2021, Zinnia has a rich history in executive roles, including President and General Manager of Red Ribbon Bakeshop within the Jollibee Group of Companies from June 2013 to September 2021. Prior to that, Zinnia held several key positions at Johnson & Johnson from 1995 to 2012, culminating in the role of President & Managing Director of J&J Philippines. Earlier career experience includes leadership roles at Procter & Gamble from 1985 to 1995. Zinnia possesses a Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and has education credentials from the University of the Philippines and the University of San Carlos.
