Mark Mcgowan

Mark Mcgowan has held various sales and commercial positions in the waste management industry, starting as a Business Development Manager at Reconomy Solutions in 2004. Mark has also worked as a Sales Director at Gypsum Recycling International and Head of Sales at SWRnewstar. Mark currently holds the position of Commercial Director at Acumen Waste since October 2022, following previous roles such as Director of Sales Strategy and Implementation at Viridor and Head of Sales at SafeGroup. Mark also has experience as an Interim Commercial Director at London Business Waste & Recycling Ltd and has worked as a Contractor at MT Waste and ISS Facility Services. Mark is a qualified Electrician from City and Guilds and attended St Gregorys High School.
