Dakota McGrew has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career at Chick-fil-A-Franchise in 2016, where they worked their way up from a Team Member to Director of Technology. In this role, Dakota managed the IT infrastructure, ensured smooth day-to-day operations, and led the team to achieve exceptional drive-thru performance. They also worked as an IT Consultant at The Network Concierge, where they handled website updates, troubleshooting, and platform management. Currently, Dakota is a Network Operations Center Supervisor at Acumera, Inc. Their responsibilities include supervising the NOC team and ensuring effective network operations.

Dakota McGrew earned an Associate's degree in Cyber Security from Texas State Technical College, completing it from 2018 to 2021.
