Matthew Smalling

Matthew Smalling has extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and technical operations. As the Head of Infrastructure Engineering at Acupay System LLC, Matthew leads critical initiatives in system design and implementation. Previously, Matthew served as Senior Manager of Technical Operations and Senior Cloud Operations Architect at ComplySci, now known as COMPLY, where responsibilities included overseeing infrastructure services. Matthew began a career at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, progressing from Network Engineer to Principal Windows Administrator and on to Data Center Operation, demonstrating a strong foundation in both Windows server management and network infrastructure.
