Brittany Mulholland has a varied work experience, beginning with their role as Manager at Mochi Frozen Yogurt from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they interviewed, hired, trained, and evaluated over 30 employees annually in the main store and an additional 20 in franchise stores. Brittany also led an employee business expansion special project team from 2011-2013 and facilitated business partnerships for community events with non-profit organizations. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist/Account Manager at Donper America/Argosy Group International, where they analyzed traffic on the company site and composed reports based on the data for weekly productivity meetings with the marketing department. Brittany also processed and shipped customer part orders for their frozen yogurt machines in a timely manner and exceeded monthly sales goals, increasing profit by $1000 from the previous month in just replacement parts. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Parish Service Coordinator at Cross Catholic Outreach, where they maintained a daily average of 112 outbound calls to parishes around the country, obtained an average of 15 speaking assignments per week at parishes for their Outreach Priests, and coordinated and submitted required documentation on behalf of the Outreach Priests to parishes and dioceses at their request. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Auxiliares de Conversacion en Murcia at the Regional Office of Education in Spain, where they assisted teachers in a secondary school classroom and encouraged students to broaden their knowledge of U.S. culture. Finally, from 2019 to present, they have been working as an Operations Administrator and Customer Service Representative at ACURE.

Brittany Mulholland received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from the University of North Florida in 2012. In 2016, they obtained a Duolingo German Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) certification from Duolingo.
