Olivia Engstrom

Olivia Engstrom has had a progressive work experience starting from 2018. Olivia worked as a MSR at Saco Valley Credit Union from August 2018 to May 2020. In May 2020, they transitioned to MMG Insurance as a Casualty Claims Representative, a role in which they stayed until August 2020. Olivia then joined United Insurance as an Associate Commercial Lines Account Manager from August 2020 to January 2021. From January 2021 to June 2022, they worked at Clark Insurance as an Associate Account Manager- Business Insurance. Following this, they joined Rousseau Insurance Agency and worked there as a Commercial Lines Account Manager from June 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Olivia is employed at US Eagle Federal Credit Union, serving as the CU SOL Director & Admin Support, a position they have held since March 2023.

Olivia Engstrom completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Southern Maine from 2016 to 2020. In addition, they obtained various certifications including Workers Compensation Professional Designation from the American Society of Workers' Compensation Professionals (AMCOMP) in May 2021, Insurance Producer certification from the State of Maine in November 2020, Claims Adjuster certification from the State of Maine in June 2020, Certified Teller Specialist certification from the Maine Credit Union League in November 2019, Citi Certified certification from the University of Southern Maine in October 2019, Basic IRA's certification from the Maine Credit Union League in October 2018, and Notary Public certification from the State of Maine in October 2018.
