James Garces

James Garces has a diverse background in wind turbine technology and non-destructive testing, currently serving as Wind Aiir Tech II at Acuren since March 2024, where responsibilities include inspecting and repairing rotor blades. Previous roles span across several companies, including positions as Rope Access at Industrial Access, Inc., and Service Tech I - Irata at GEV Wind Power. James also gained experience in NDT as an Assistant NDT / Wind at IRISNDT, focusing on various inspection techniques. Earlier roles involved high-rise window washing and mechanical service as a Wind Turbine Technician with Suspendem Inc. James holds a Dual Certificate in Rope Access from Altius Technical Services and a Welding Specialist Diploma from Tulsa Welding School & Technology Center.
