Matthew Danter possesses extensive experience in orthopedic care and healthcare operations, beginning with a Summer Internship in Orthopedic Surgery at Jennie Stuart Health, leading to roles such as Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician at Shriners Children's Lexington, where a record low surgical site infection rate was achieved. Subsequent positions include Orthopedic Cast Technician and Senior Orthopedic Casting & Bracing Technician at Lexington Clinic, demonstrating expertise in casting, bracing, and inventory management.
