Allen "Jake" Mason, D. Eng. has extensive work experience in engineering and operations management.

Starting in 1988, they served in the US Navy as a Supervisor/Automation/Engineering Technician, managing an electrical shop and gaining qualifications in combat systems and damage control.

After their military service, Mason joined The Gillette Company as a Project Engineer/Controls Engineer from 2001 to 2005.

Allen "Jake" then worked at Procter & Gamble (P&G) from 2005 to 2012, holding various roles such as Facilities Operations Manager, Project Engineering Manager, and PCIS Manager, responsible for power, control, and information systems.

From 2012 to 2015, Mason served as the Corporate Engineering Manager at Ocean Spray Cranberries.

In 2015, their role advanced to Senior Engineering Manager/Associate Director of Global Engineering at Chobani.

Following that, they became the Vice President of Operations at Whitsons Culinary Group from 2017 to 2018.

Currently, Mason is the Director of Engineering, Facilities & Maintenance at Acushnet Company. In this role, they lead a team that supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation of golf balls, driving efficiency improvements and cost reductions.

With their diverse industry experience, Mason has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills in driving operational excellence.

Allen "Jake" Mason, D. Eng. completed their Doctorate of Engineering in Engineering Management with a focus on Applied Sciences from The George Washington University - School of Engineering & Applied Science from 2015 to 2017. Allen "Jake" also obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from the University of California, Riverside from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, in 2005, they earned an MBA in Business Management from Strayer University, after completing their B.S in Computer Systems from the same university in 2003. Allen "Jake" also pursued Business Administration and Management from Illinois State University between 1986 and 1988. Recently, they completed a 12-week course on AI/ML No Code from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology through MIT Professional Education.
